Two sessions, A & B, will be organized, so as to be able to accommodate more than twenty people.  The timetables below are the same for both session.

Session A:  Wed 28 to Fri 30 Oct

Day 1 - afternoon = Foresight

           - evening = Preparation for the participatory simulation

Day 2 - morning & afternoon = Participatory simulation

           - evening = Debrief simulation

Day 3 - morning = Debrief simulation & wrap up of School

In the timetable below, pauses (for tea / coffee / snacks), lunches and suppers are not always shown.  Times for pauses will be arranged together with all participants.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to supply coffee and refreshments via the internet, so please get in a sufficient supply and make you own.  Lines will remain open during pauses, so that you can intermingle socially, in similar manner to an ordinary face-to-face workshop.

Please note that the schedule may change at any time, including at the last minute, and even during the School itself.  The notes below, however, will provide an idea of how events will unfold.  All times are in CET - Central European Time, aka Paris time.

Day 0 = Test

A few days or a week before the start, we would like to have a brief meeting with everyone present, so that we can be sure that the computer and internet systems are working.  This is essential, so that you and we can make any adjustments needed for the sessions to run smoothly, and not loose precious time.

Day 1 = Foresight & simulation preparation

14h:  Foresight webinar (online version) or workshop (face-to-face version).

16h:  End of webinar or workshop.

17h:  Intro to the simulation - part 1 + supper.

20h:  Intro to the simulation - part 2.

Day 2 = Participatory simulation + start of debrief

08h:  Start of simulation.

18h:  End of simulation + break + supper.

19h:  Start of debriefing.

21h:  Pause to sleep!

Day 3 = Debrief simulation & wrap up of School

09h:  Debrief of simulation continued.

11h:  End of simulation debrief + pause.

11h15:  Start of School debrief.

12h:  End of School.
